Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms of use

This website is operated by The 100 Vegan Recipies ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading The Easy Vegan Kitchen (the "Book") you agree to these terms.

What you are buying. A digital PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email. The link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads; please save the file.

Licence. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the Book for your own use. Each copy is personalised with the buyer's name and order number. You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute the file, in whole or in part. Copies found online can be traced to the buyer.

Content. The recipes are for general information and enjoyment and are not medical or nutritional advice. Check ingredient labels if you have allergies or dietary needs. Cooking times and results vary with equipment and ingredients.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Prices are shown before payment and may change without notice; the price you paid is the price you keep.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Book is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Your name and email address when you buy, and the payment reference from Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and never reach our servers.

Why. To personalise your copy of the Book, deliver the download link, provide support, and keep records required by applicable law. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics. We do not currently use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics on this website. The site may use only the cookies or browser storage necessary for its operation and payment flow.

Emails. We send transactional emails (your download link and receipt). If we add a newsletter, it will be opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention and rights. We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to meet applicable accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing hello@hundredrecipies.com.

Refund and cancellation policy

Because the Book is a digital file that is delivered instantly, we cannot "take it back". Even so:

7-day guarantee. If the Book isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We will refund you in full to the original payment method. Refunds normally reach your account within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank and payment method.

Failed or duplicate payments. If money was deducted but you didn't get a download link, or you were charged twice, email us with the payment ID and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation. Orders complete instantly, so there is nothing to cancel before delivery. Use the 7-day guarantee instead.
